Local Housing Trust Fund (LHTF) application
On September 10, 2024, the Marin County Board of Supervisors will review recommendations for Marin County’s application to the state’s LHTF program for the following projects:
Oak Hill Apartments – Eden Housing
- Status: first phase funding committed
- Housing Trust Funding Award: $975,000

- Status: first phase funding committed

Projects throughout Marin
Upcoming affordable housing projects in Marin include:
- 1 Hamilton, Mill Valley - EAH Housing. This project will create 45 units of affordable rental housing on a city-owned site.
- Redwood Blvd, Novato - Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. This project will create 80 units of affordable homeownership.
- Novato Veterans and Workforce Housing, Novato - Homeward Bound of Marin. This project will create 26 units of affordable rental workforce housing and 24 units of permanent supportive housing for veterans experiencing homelessness.
- 3301 Kerner Blvd, San Rafael - Eden Housing. This project will create 40 units of permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness.
- 3755 Shoreline Highway, Stinson Beach (ADU) - Stinson Beach Affordable Housing Committee. This project will add Accessory Dwelling Units to an existing affordable housing project managed by Bolinas Community Land Trust.
