Towards the beginning of each calendar year, we open a funding application for affordable housing, community infrastructure and services projects.

Wednesday January 22 through February 19, 2025, we accepted project applications for over $3.6 million in funding, including approximately:

Affirmative Marketing Trainings

Two Affirmative Marketing sessions, facilitated by Fair Housing Advocates of Northern California (FHANC), were offered to current and prospective Federal Grant recipients on January 23 and January 30. Affirmative Marketing is a requirement for all projects receiving Federal Grant support through the County of Marin. If you were unable to attend either session, please contact us.

Applications Received for the 2025 Grant Cycle

A total of 33 applications were received for the 2025–26 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funding cycle. These applications span three categories: Capital Projects, Housing Projects, and Public Service Projects.
