The applicant requests Coastal Development Permit approval for the installation of a new septic system including a sand filter, 1,250 septic tanks and associated connections on a developed lot in Bolinas. The closest component of the septic system to property lines is the sand filter which is 5 feet from the southern and western property lines. Various site improvements would also be entailed in the proposed development, including remodeling of the existing structure, creating a ADU within the existing structure and new decks.
