The applicant is requesting Design Review approval to construct four new bridges for a proposed trail on a developed lot in Fairfax. At stream crossings 2, 3a, and 3b the project would include a new bridge boardwalks 16 feet long by 4 feet wide. At stream crossing 4 the proposed bridge be 24 feet long by 4 feet wide and would include approximately 4-foot-tall safety railing.
Design Review approval is required pursuant to Marin County Code section 22.20.055.
