Gallucci Coastal Development Permit (P5545)

The applicant requests Coastal Development Permit approval to construct a single-family dwelling, a detached garage with a residential accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on top, driveway retaining walls, a 5,000-gallon water tank, a 900-gallon water tank, a generator, a domestic well, and a septic system as well as the removal of three heritage trees including a 20.5-inch Coast Live Oak tree, a 22-inch Coast Live Oak tree, and a 36-inch California Bay tree on a vacant lot in Inverness.
Coastal Development Permit approval is required pursuant to Marin County Local Coastal Program (LCP) Section 20.68.030 because the project entails new development in the Coastal Zone as defined in Article VIII, Chapter 20.130.D, Development.
