The applicant requests Conditional Use Permit Amendment approval to increase the membership cap from 55 to 70 members for The Priory Tennis and Swim Club. The club was established through prior Use Permits in 1978, 1980 and 1999. No physical changes or improvements are proposed in conjunction with this application. 

Use Permit Amendment approval is required pursuant to Marin County Code Section 212.48.050.B because the proposes changes to the conditions and operating standards of an approved Conditional Use Permit.
