Summary
In 1956, 12-year-old Jim Berger, whose family built a house in San Anselmo designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, wrote to Wright asking for plans for a compatible doghouse for his Labrador Retriever Eddie. Wright provided plans the next year, but building the doghouse from scraps from the main house was delayed because the house was under construction for many years.
