This checklist is required for plan review submittal for all food facilities replacing, adding, or changing equipment only. 

Some examples of equipment include:

  • walk-in refrigeration
  • retail merchandiser refrigeration
  • cabinetry
  • buffet station
  • pass thru window
  • roll-up doors
  • etc.
