Compliance forms for low carbon concrete

For building project applicants, contractors, and concrete suppliers

All building project applicants, contractors, and concrete suppliers are required to comply with Marin County's low carbon concrete code (Title 19 Marin County Building Code, Chapter 19.07 - Carbon Concrete Requirements).

The easiest way to comply is to use products from our list of pre-qualified mixes, available from local ready-mix suppliers.

Compliance forms must be submitted by design professionals as a part of plan review, and again by contractors at time of final inspection. Choose the correct compliance form based on your role below.

The design professional is responsible for submitting the following compliance form to the building department for plan review. The form should outline the project's planned used of low carbon concrete and be placed within and/or attached to plan sheets.
